We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with expertise in both civil and architectural drafting to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed drawings and plans for civil and architectural projects, including layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software to create and modify technical drawings.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from the design team and ensure that all changes are incorporated accurately.
• Maintain and organize project drawings, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including bill of quantities and material specifications.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of drawings and project milestones.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
• Strong understanding of civil and architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Draftsman in the civil or architectural field.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
