Draftsman (Interiors, Architecture & Furniture Drawings)

As a Draftsman at The Design Story, you will be responsible for preparing precise 2D technical drawings, including furniture drawings, wall elevations, and detailed interior layouts. Your role will involve creating and refining MEP drawings, coordinating technical details with relevant teams, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining drawing documentation throughout project timelines. Collaboration with designers and project managers to translate ideas into execution-ready drawings will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Your qualifications for this position include having at least 3-5 years of experience as a Draftsman in interiors, furniture, or architectural drawings. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting tools is required. Prior experience in furniture detailing and shop drawings is highly preferred, and knowledge of civil/architectural/construction detailing is a strong plus. Interior architects with a strong focus on detailed drawings are also welcome. Being detail-oriented, with excellent accuracy and time management skills, is essential for this role.
