We’re looking for a skilled CAD draftsman to transform raw field data into accurate digital maps, survey plans, and land development layouts, building floor plans, and section & elevation layouts.  Job Title: CAD Draftsman Location: Coimbatore (Open to candidates across Tamil Nadu) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 2 Years Salary: Attractive—Based on Skills & Experience Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate building floor plans, section views, and elevation layouts based on site surveys, architectural inputs, and regulatory standards. Draft and develop detailed survey drawings, site plans, contour maps, and DTCP layout plans using field data. Prepare topographic profiles, and as-built drawings. Collaborate with surveyors, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and project alignment. Interpret land records, FMB sketches, and legal documents to create property boundary maps. Maintain organized digital records and drawing files for all survey projects. Support in preparing client deliverables for approval, documentation, and compliance. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Civil 3D, SketchUp is a plus Prior experience with land development drawings, revenue survey maps, and DTCP layouts preferred. Strong understanding of land measurement principles and plotting boundaries. Ability to interpret survey data and convert it into precise drawings.
