Draftsman (Architectural Design - Residential Buildings)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Draftsperson to join our dynamic team! If you have a strong background in developing detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and are passionate about ensuring compliance with Australian Standards for residential buildings, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural drawings and plans for Australian residential buildings, from concept to construction.
• Conduct site plan evaluations to ensure compliance with Australian Residential Standards.
• Collaborate with teams to establish project goals, schedules, and budgets.
• Perform quality checks to ensure designs meet required standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience with REVIT/ARCHICAD will be considered an added advantage.
• Good command of English communication (both written and verbal).
• Familiarity with Australian standards for residential buildings will be a big plus.
