Role Overview: At Wellekraft Infra Pvt. Ltd. (Welle Infra), you will play a crucial role in preparing detailed working drawings, creating 3D models, conducting site supervision, ensuring quality checking, and coordinating with stakeholders for BIM integration. Your work will contribute to delivering data-informed, future-ready solutions in Sustainable Transport Planning, Architecture, Interiors, Construction, and Valuation. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed working drawings adhering to technical standards, codes, specifications, and project requirements. - Create 3D models and renders to effectively communicate design intent. - Conduct site supervision, take accurate measurements, and ensure design execution aligns with plans. - Ensure quality checking and assurance of drawings, reports, and calculation deliverables as per client requirements. - Ensure compliance with standards and timely delivery of high-quality designs. - Coordinate with stakeholders for BIM integration related to architectural, civil, interior, and services. - Collaborate with teams for proposed and ongoing activities at the site to meet deadlines and project requirements. Qualifications: - Must have proficiency in CAD and knowledge of 3D software. (Note: Proficiency in Archicad is highly preferred) - Attention to detail in revising drawings and verifying dimensions. - Knowledge of Indian and international codes and standards. - Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain project documentation. - Degree/Diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. - Experience in the infrastructure or construction industry is a plus.
