We are currently hiring candidates proficient in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, English, and Malayalam for our banking process. Our mission is to deliver efficient and reliable customer service to our clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certified Candidate, located in Nellore. The primary responsibilities include handling customer queries over the phone, managing debt recovery processes, and maintaining accurate records of communications. The role also involves adhering to compliance regulations and delivering exceptional service to our banking clients.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, English, or Malayalam
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in debt recovery or related banking processes
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Exceptional customer service skills
DRA Certification is mandatory
Previous experience in voice process services and banking is advantageous
