Job Description

Making outbound calls: Contacting customers who are past due on their payments. Educating customers: Explaining available repayment options and the importance of settling their debt. Motivating customers: Encouraging customers to make payments and clear their outstanding balances. Maintaining records: Keeping detailed records of interactions, promises to pay, and recovery status. Handling objections: Addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to RBI regulations and internal recovery guidelines. Coordination: Working with field collection agents for follow-ups or escalations. Customer service: Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries professionally. Meeting targets: Meeting and exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets.
