Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a DP Manager, based in Jaipur. The DP Manager will oversee operations related to the depository participant services by managing account openings, handling dematerialization and rematerialization requests, processing transfers, and reconciling securities. Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring client satisfaction, monitoring daily operations, troubleshooting service requests, and maintaining up-to-date records of client accounts. The DP Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational efficiency and deliver exceptional services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in compliance and depository participant services, including account opening, dematerialization, and transfers
• Strong operational and administrative skills with attention to detail and organization
• Knowledge of regulatory policies and guidelines relevant to depository participant services
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and client servicing skills
• Expertise in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client accounts
• Proficiency in using relevant digital tools and technology to ensure operational efficiency
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Prior experience in depository operations or financial services preferred
