Dotnet Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of .NET-based applications.
• Collaborate with architects to translate high-level designs into robust technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization efforts.
• Design and implement APIs, services, and microservices using modern .NET frameworks (.NET Core/.NET 6+).
• Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive user interfaces using Angular.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and DevOps processes.
• Work closely with business analysts and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

• bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in .NET application development.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST API.
• Hands-on experience with Angular (v8 or above) for front-end development.
• Experience with RESTful services, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and application architecture.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring software development teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
