As a Sr. Technical Consultant (.NET) in our growing team in Pune, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications using modern .NET technologies, particularly .NET Core 6.0. Your expertise in front-end development and building scalable microservices-based applications will be essential for success in this hands-on technical role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using .NET Core 6.0 and C#. - Architect and implement microservices-based solutions to enhance application scalability. - Develop and integrate front-end components using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Implement and consume RESTful and SOAP APIs to enable seamless communication between services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product Managers, QA, and DevOps to ensure the delivery of robust solutions. - Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless user experience. - Conduct code reviews and uphold high code quality standards leveraging tools like SonarCloud and Codacy. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts. - Ensure secure coding practices and contribute to enhancing the overall security posture of applications. **Qualification Required:** - 6-12 years of overall software development experience. - 5-8 years of hands-on development experience with .NET technologies, especially .NET Core 6.0. - Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core 6.0, and MVC. - Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and proficiency in OOP principles and software design patterns. - Front-end skills including ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases. - Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP API development and familiarity with version control systems like Git. - Experience with unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization, along with exposure to code quality tools like SonarCloud and Codacy. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. In addition to the required skills, experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS, containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, serverless tools like AWS Lambda, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and web application security best practices would be advantageous for this role.
