Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Technical Lead with strong expertise in C#, .NET, MAUI, Blazor , and Mobile & Web Application Development . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering modern cross-platform solutions and leading development teams. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical capability, client communication skills, and a solid understanding of application lifecycle management, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of mobile and web-based applications using .NET MAUI and Blazor Hybrid frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, scope, and deliverables. Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor junior developers. Implement and maintain high-quality, secure, and scalable code in C# and .NET . Drive development best practices, including unit , integration , and end-to-end testing . Manage version control using Git , including branching strategies, merges, and conflict resolution. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines , especially for mobile application deployment . Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions. Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to security best practices . Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to ongoing projects. Mandatory Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with C# , .NET , and MAUI Blazor Hybrid . Proven track record of mobile and web application development . Solid understanding of .NET testing frameworks and tools. Proficiency in Git version control and related workflows. Experience with CI/CD pipelines , especially in a mobile development environment. Strong problem-solving and performance optimization skills. Direct experience in client communication and stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with application security principles and implementation.
