Dot Net Team Lead

Techversant is in search of a proactive and results-driven Team Lead with a solid background in .NET development. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership to a talented group of developers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in .NET Core, MVC, Angular or React, MS SQL, and Azure technologies. Your key responsibilities will include leading a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management. Additionally, you will lead code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards. You will design and develop high-quality software solutions using .NET Core, Angular or React, MS SQL, and Azure technologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translating them into technical specifications will be essential. Staying up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies, frameworks, and best practices is crucial. You will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack. Working closely with product managers and designers to ensure successful project delivery is also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, managing and prioritizing project tasks to ensure deadlines are met and milestones achieved is necessary. As a qualified candidate, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in the dotnet technology. Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and frontend technologies such as Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required. Experience in implementing design patterns and solid principles is expected. Knowledge in cloud technologies, particularly Azure services, and Azure Devops will be advantageous. Additionally, experience in leading development teams and providing technical guidance is necessary. Familiarity with NoSQL databases and excellent problem-solving skills are desired. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential. Furthermore, familiarity with version control systems, especially Git, is required. You should be able to balance technical leadership and hands-on development, work as an individual contributor, and manage project tasks, priorities, and deadlines efficiently. Experience with Agile methodologies like scrum and practices is a plus.,
