A) Frontend Development

Must Have (Proficient):

• Strong proficiency in Angular (v1720) for enterprise-grade applications
• Tailwind CSS with design tokens and scalable styling practices

Working Knowledge Required:

• Design token pipeline: Figma Tokens Studio Style Dictionary
• Nx (monorepo architecture, generators, caching)
• Storybook.js for component documentation, visual testing, and accessibility checks
• PWA fundamentals, including Service Workers

B) Backend / API Development

Must Have (Proficient):

• ASP.NET Core (.NET 6 / 8 / 10) for RESTful API and backend service development
• Entity Framework Core (v7/8) with strong ORM and data access expertise
• MS SQL Server / Azure SQL Managed Instance, including indexing and query performance tuning
• Redis for distributed caching and performance optimization

C) Cloud Platform – Microsoft Azure

Must Have (Proficient):

• Azure Web Apps / Static Web Apps
• Azure Function Apps for background jobs and event-driven workloads
• Azure Blob Storage for file and attachment management
• Azure SQL Managed Instance

D) Data Integration

Understanding Required:

• Azure Data Factory (pipelines, scheduling, lineage)
• ETL concepts and data integration patterns

E) CI/CD & Observability

Must Have:

• Git SCM using Azure DevOps Repos

Understanding Required:

• Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / ARM / Bicep
• Application Insights & Log Analytics for monitoring and observability

F) AI-Assisted Development

Must Have:

• Prompt and Context Engineering for AI-assisted coding workflows

Working Knowledge / Understanding:

• GitHub Copilot (Agentic / Vibe Coding)
• GitHub Speckit

G) Process & Delivery

Must Have:

• Strong understanding of Agile SDLC

Scrum delivery and tracking using Azure DevOps
