Role Overview

SAP PP (Production Planning) & QM (Quality Management) Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis:

• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for production planning and quality management processes.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and propose SAP best practice solutions.

• System Design & Configuration:

• Configure SAP PP and QM modules to meet business needs.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.

• Integration & Testing:

• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, WM, etc.).
• Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.

• Data Migration:

• Collaborate with data migration teams for mapping and validation of master and transactional data.

• Training & Documentation:

• Create user manuals and deliver end-user training sessions.
• Document all configurations and processes.

• Go-Live & Support:

• Provide hyper care support post-implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5

  + years of experience

  in SAP PP and QM modules.
• At least 1

  full lifecycle SAP implementation projects

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  S/4HANA environment

  and integration points with other modules.
• Expertise in

  production planning, shop floor control, quality inspection, and batch management

  .
• Ability to create functional specs and work closely with ABAP developers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP PP/QM certification.
• Experience in

  manufacturing or process industry

  .
• Familiarity with

  industry best practices

  and

  SAP Activate methodology

  .
