.NET Full Stack Developer

Role & responsibilities

1. Application Development & Maintenance

• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core, C#, MVC, and Angular.
• Implement new functionalities such as new reports, configuration settings, and modules.
• Work on bug fixing and functionality enhancements in existing applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.

2. Database Management

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and views.
• Write and execute database scripts to resolve DB-level issues.
• Ensure data integrity and performance optimization across modules.

3. Deployment & Version Control

• Perform code deployments for both web and database components in staging and production environments.
• Manage source control using SVN or Git.
• Collaborate with QA and support teams to ensure smooth releases.

4. Quality Assurance & Support

• Perform unit testing and work closely with the QA team for system validation.
• Address customer escalation issues by identifying root causes and providing effective resolutions.
• Support post-deployment monitoring and issue resolution.

5. Continuous Improvement & Learning:

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in front-end and back-end development technologies, and best practices for both ASP.NET and Angular.
• Constantly improve the performance, scalability, and security of the application stack.

6. Documentation & Maintenance:

• Write clear, concise technical documentation for the development process, application architecture, and APIs.
• Maintain and optimize existing applications and ensure regular updates.

7. Agile Methodology:

• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Contribute to maintaining a high standard of software quality within the team by establishing good practices.

Required Skills and Qualification

• Proven Experience in Full-Stack development with expertise in .NET Core, C#, MVC, Web Forms, ADO.NET, Entity Framework.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies like Angular (latest versions), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with back-end development, and database especially with Microsoft SQL Server (stored procedures, functions, views, triggers)
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap or Material UI.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit) and other testing tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipeline concepts and experience with deployment tools is plus.
