Senior AI Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-based solutions, automations, and intelligent workflows for internal and client-facing products.
  
• Build POCs and MVPs rapidly to demonstrate feasibility and accelerate innovation in real-world use cases.
  
• Integrate AI/ML models and APIs (OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, HuggingFace, etc.) into existing or new products.
  
• Work on data preprocessing, model selection, training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
  
• Create intelligent automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, or custom Python scripts.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to translate business problems into AI-powered solutions.
  
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed AI models in production environments.
  
• Stay up to date with emerging AI frameworks, LLM technologies, and automation tools to drive continuous innovation.
  
• Contribute to defining the AI roadmap and architecture for upcoming SaaS and automation products.
  

Required Qualification

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and automation in a product-based environment.
  
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, OpenAI API, LangChain, etc.).
  
• Proficiency in data processing and analytics (NumPy, Pandas, SQL).
  
• Experience in building and deploying AI-powered APIs, recommendation systems, or predictive models.
  
• Experience in automation frameworks like n8n, Airflow, Zapier, or custom script-based automations.
  
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and prompt engineering for LLMs.
  
• Experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure AI services.
  
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API integration, and cloud-native product development.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to convert POCs into production-ready solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or AI chatbot development.
  
• Knowledge of AutoML, LLM orchestration, or AI agents.
  
• Exposure to frontend/backend integration (Node.js, React) for full product development cycles.
  
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment.

• Prior work in SaaS or enterprise-grade AI product development.
