Job Description

Hiring for Dot net ful stack Lead - Singapore based company at Chennai

Experience : 8 to 12 yrs

3+ yrs Lead experience

Domain : Financial , Banking, Trading , Capital Market

immediate to 20 days

WFO (5 days) Later Hybrid

Virtual interviews only

IT Team Lead (.NET)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of ~10 developers working on
.NET-based trading and client-facing applications
.
Modernize applications for
cloud and container-based deployment
(AWS + on-prem).
Architect, design, and implement
scalable REST APIs and backend services
.

Required Skills & Experience

8 to 12 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong hands-on expertise in
.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and REST API design
.
Experience with
frontend frameworks (Angular/React)
.
Solid understanding of
cloud-native architecture
and
microservices design
.
Expertise in
containerization (Docker)
and
Kubernetes orchestration
.
Familiarity with
AWS services
(EKS, ECS, RDS, S3, IAM).
Strong background in building
enterprise-grade financial applications
.
Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines
(Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar).
Proven experience working in
financial services / trading domain
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience integrating with trading systems (OMS/RMS).
Knowledge of
real-time data streaming (Kafka, Redis, SignalR, gRPC)
.
Exposure to
application security practices (OAuth2, JWT, secure API design)
.
Understanding of compliance, risk controls, and regulations in financial systems.
