Net QA : Location: Only Gurugram CTC:20 LPA Exp :5-7 yrs JDs: Role - Senior Quality Engineers Critical Experience Experience with manual and automated testing in an Agile Environment Experience with Quality testing lifecycle within and Agile Environment Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with specific attention to quality and detail. Experience in strategic development and implementation of Quality Engineering solutions (Automation Frameworks, Performance Validation) Outstanding organizational skills, with focus on Agile/Scrum practices Experience with Azure, .Net, React, API, JSON, XML, JavaScript, Selenium, JBehave and / or related technology solutions. Expert in Software Engineering tools or equivalents such as: Rally, Confluence, QTest, Postman, SQL, JMeter, Rest, GitHub, Jenkins. Core Skills & Capabilities Required: Minimum 5 years of agile testing experience Demonstrated experience in writing detailed test cases and test plans Ability to multi-task across small and large projects in a fast-paced, agile environment Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with specific attention to quality and detail. Working in a Scrum/ Agile environment Proficient in Selenium, spec flow, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS Highly Advantageous C# Azure technologies Middle ware Qualifications ISTQB quality assurance certification. Role Purpose: Works within the team to ensure the overall quality of the delivered product and is tasked with creating documentation (TSRs), devising quality tests and defining the acceptance criteria test result should meet. They play a key role in fixing issues when they arise. Core Responsibilities: Research, Implement and Maintain Automated tests throughout the application Perform manual testing of the application where automated testing cannot successfully cover all scenarios Design, write, document and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts and/or procedures Identifies defects in a timely manner Identify and analyse requirements from system behaviour, provide clear and concise feedback to the relevant stakeholders Model team commitment and foster a positive teamwork culture encompassing all stakeholders across the business. Provide and/or contribute to estimates in an agile environment Actively involved in all agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, retrospectives, planning & Showcases) Create Test Plans and Test Summary reports and manage their review and sign off. Translate and interpret system requirements in the form of functional specifications, Epics, Features and User Stories into test cases; including automated test scripts Advise the scrum team on embedding quality assurance into technical components and the end-to-end solutions to ensure products meet their defined quality criteria Lead/coordinate testing by external parties i.e. Penetration and Performance Testing Mentor Product Owners, Business Analysts and functional/product consultants and SMEs in functional, exploratory and automated testing practices Success: Write good software code built at the highest standard of quality and security. Get involved and support all phases of the software delivery lifecycle. Show proactiveness in preventing and identifying software issues in all solutions that the team supports.
