Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Business Development at 360 Creations in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day business development tasks, strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and revenue.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Data analysis and strategic planning capabilities
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is a plus
