Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing, Development Management, or a related field

Job Summary:

The Donor and Fundraising Manager will be responsible for acquiring new donors, managing existing relationships, and ensuring timely, high-quality project reporting. The role combines fundraising, donor servicing, and coordination with project teams to achieve funding targets and strengthen CSR partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and engage new donors, corporates, and foundations for CSR partnerships.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing donors through regular communication and updates.
• Develop proposals, concept notes, and grant applications aligned with donor priorities.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and data trackers for donor communication.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements are met on time.
• Represent Y4D Foundation at events and forums to enhance visibility and donor outreach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or CSR project management.
• Strong understanding of CSR funding, compliance, and proposal development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve fundraising goals.
