Job Role: Customer Care Executive (Domestic Banking)

Location: Kolkata, Saltlake sector v

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via outbound calls

Responsibilities:

- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via calls

- Providing product/service information to customers

- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass qualification

- Fresher and experienced both can apply

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in any two of these languages:

English/Hindi/ Bengali

Should be fluent in two languages

Shifts:

6 working days with 1 rotational week off

No night shifts

8am to 9pm in between 9hrs shifts

Transporation:

Self (There is no odd hour shift ending or beginning so the employees can avail public transport)

Salary :

14k ctc and 11k In hand
