Position: Travel Coordinator / Domestic Travel Executive
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
Location: Ahmedabad (Only local candidates will be considered)
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end travel bookings: flights, trains, buses, hotels, and other accommodations.
• Assist clients with visa and passport procedures when required.
• Prepare and share detailed travel itineraries with clients.
• Track travel expenses and ensure budgets are maintained.
• Handle last-minute changes or cancellations professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with clients to understand and fulfill travel requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer preferences, frequent flyer memberships, and vendor contacts.
• Respond promptly to travel-related queries via phone, email, or chat.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in travel coordination, operations, or ticketing.
• Knowledge of domestic destinations and basic international routing.
• Hands-on experience with travel portals (IRCTC, MakeMyTrip, etc.).
• Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
