Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full time Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Domestic IT Recruiter to source, screen, and onboard top IT talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging multiple hiring channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Shine, and other job portals , to identify and attract the best candidates for our domestic hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End IT Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding. Multi-Channel Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Shine, Indeed, referrals, networking, and social media platforms . Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings, assess technical and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job roles, skill requirements, and hiring deadlines. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and internal databases. Offer Negotiation: Negotiate salaries, benefits, and employment terms with selected candidates. Industry Research: Stay updated on IT job market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-8 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment. Strong experience sourcing candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Shine, Indeed, and other job portals . Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle multiple job requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
