Job Description: US IT Recruiter (Onsite Position) Location : R Hub Building,3rd floor, Madhapur Shift Timings : 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST (Night Shift) Experience : 3-7 Years Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team onsite. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in IT recruitment, working with W2 and C2C models, and managing relationships with direct clients and implementation partners. The candidate must also have experience working with multiple technologies and be able to source, screen, and place top-tier talent for diverse IT positions across the US. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for a variety of positions within the US IT industry. Work closely with direct clients and implementation partners to understand hiring needs and provide timely recruitment solutions. Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases to find qualified candidates. Handle both W2 and C2C recruitment models, ensuring compliance with US recruitment processes. Conduct initial candidate screenings (phone/video interviews), coordinate technical interviews, and manage the offer process. Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to understand their specific requirements and match candidates to the right roles. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate negotiation and final placement. Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance checks are completed for new hires, including background verification and work authorization. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, technologies, and industry best practices. Handle multiple open requisitions at the same time, with the ability to prioritize based on urgency and importance. Required Skills and Experience: 3-7 years of hands-on experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably recruiting for US-based clients. Strong experience with W2 and C2C recruiting models. Proven track record of working with direct clients and implementation partners. Ability to recruit for multiple technologies across different domains (e.g., Software Development, IT Infrastructure, Data Science, Cloud, etc.). Familiarity with US work authorization processes and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with popular applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools. Knowledge of US employment laws and visa processes (H1B, TN, etc.). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
