Job Description

Description We are seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various IT positions in the US market. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers. Responsibilities Source and screen candidates for US IT positions using various recruitment platforms and tools. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates skills and fit for the role. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation. Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future openings. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide regular updates to the hiring team and management regarding recruitment progress. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies used in the US market. Proficiency in using online job portals and social media for recruitment purposes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
