Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh (Work from Office) Office timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Client details: ProBuzz HR Services LLP team We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Recruiter to join our ProBuzz HR Services LLP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring top-tier IT talent to meet the company's staffing needs. The IT Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process to ensure the acquisition of high-caliber professionals for our IT positions. Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and other hiring channels Understand job descriptions and technical requirements to identify the right talent Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update the recruitment database Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Work closely with the HR and technical teams to fulfill staffing needs Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates Candidate Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and or any job portal is a plus Basic understanding of IT skills and technologies is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on technical positions In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies and industry trends for experience candidates Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities High level of confidentiality and professionalism If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for IT recruitment and a proven track record of success, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity Join us and be a key player in building our exceptional IT team!
