Candidates from Staffing industry with Hands on experience into sourcing and End-to-End Recruitments. 2+ years experience proven domestic IT Recruitments Experience in C2H is mandatory. Experience with VMS & ATS. Experience working with Direct client Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency. Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc). Excellent communication and negotiation skills
