Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Domestic Data Entry Operator Trainer for Domain Center at Patna. The Trainer will be responsible for instructing and guiding trainees in data entry processes and best practices, conducting training sessions, evaluating trainee performance, and providing feedback. The role also includes maintaining training records, preparing training materials, and ensuring all trainees meet the required competencies and productivity standards.

• Proficiency in Typing and Computer Literacy skills
• Strong Administrative Assistance and Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service
• Excellent teaching and mentoring abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage training schedules
• Relevant experience in data entry or related fields
