Job Description

You will be responsible for managing all company documents and records, including organizing, filing, tracking, and maintaining them. Additionally, you will be involved in creating and preparing various documents such as commercial invoices, export/import documents, and legal agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Organize, file, track, and maintain all company documents and records - Create and prepare a variety of documents, including commercial invoices, export/import documents, and legal agreements - Handle recordkeeping requirements and maintain systematic filing systems - Ensure all documentation is accurate, clear, and complies with legal and regulatory standards - Verify documents received from clients or internal departments to ensure accuracy and integrity Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in document management or related field is preferred - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation - Knowledge of legal and regulatory standards related to document preparation - Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain systematic filing systems Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, permanent, and suitable for freshers.
