Job Description

Document Management: Organize, file, track, and maintain all company documents and records. Document Preparation: Create and prepare a variety of documents, including commercial invoices, export/import documents, and legal agreements. Recordkeeping: Handle recordkeeping requirements and maintain systematic filing systems. Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure all documentation is accurate, clear, and complies with legal and regulatory standards. Verification: Verify documents received from clients or internal departments to ensure accuracy and integrity.
