Documentation Executive – Visa

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in student visa documentation for various international study destinations.
• Review and verify documents according to embassy and university guidelines.
• Communicate with students to collect, clarify, or update required documents.
• Use MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools to prepare, merge, resize, split, and fill forms.
• Maintain well-organized digital and physical records for each student case.
• Collaborate with the documentation team to ensure smooth file processing.
• Stay updated on changing visa requirements and documentation checklists.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Excellent

  written and spoken English

  .

• Very good computer skills

  – MS Office, PDFs (merge/split/fill), scanning, and formatting.
• Prior experience in a similar role (visa, admin, study abroad) is a

  plus

  .
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
