Documentation Executives

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing relevant documents for quotations and forwarding them to customers. Additionally, you will identify attractive rates for quotations, review technical documents provided by clients, answer technical questions, and assist in product selection based on specifications. It will be your duty to follow up on opportunities/quotes, communicate professionally with customers and partners, and work closely with various departments to resolve issues. Managing Letters of Credit, Commercial Invoices, and documenting correspondences will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will analyze quotations data to determine patterns of success or failure.
