Documentation Executive

The company is renowned for custom manufacturing rugs for high-end interior designers and design firms, as well as bulk production for individual retailers targeting mass public consumption. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare invoices, packing lists, custom documents, checklist approval, shipping bills, AWB/BL - Manage forwarding and freight operations - Book courier packages through Fedex and DHL - Generate E-WAY bills and handle post-shipment document submissions to banks - Manage overseas remittances in compliance with banking regulations - Oversee invoice control and reconciliation - Handle drawbacks and GST credit from customs **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent communication skills - Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks with attention to detail - Organizational skills for ensuring smooth operations - Previous experience in international shipping and logistics - Proficiency in Google Drive and MS Office - Knowledge of customs regulations and export compliances - Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field (advantageous) If you are seeking to leverage your expertise in export documentation and shipping logistics in a company known for its quality products, this role at W.H.
