Job Description

Job Role : Documentation Executive
We are looking for highly meticulous, organized candidates for the position of Documentation executive. Documentation executives are responsible for working with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company, product documentation, user guidelines and policy creation. To be successful as a Documentation executive, you should be articulate, have excellent written communication skills, detail oriented, work with different clients and understand their requirements and communicate with different teams. Responsibilities :

Working with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company.
Assisting with both internal and external audits.
Ensuring documentation integrity.
Researching, writing, and organizing information in a professional and credible manner.
Editing and revising proposals according to feedback.
Excellent time management/prioritization skills.

Requirements :

A Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, English, or related field.
0-1 year of proven experience in related field.
Previous experience in content writing/copy writer is an advantage.
Excellent computer and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Strong research and analytical skills.
A proactive attitude.
Confident and reliable individual.
