Salary Range

For Experienced: 3 LPA Upto 4 LPA as per previous CTC and industry Knowledge

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Verify import and export documents such as:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
Certificate of Origin
HS Codes
Insurance Certificate
LC (Letter of Credit) Documents
Export Declaration / Bill of Entry
Cross-check document details including quantities, product descriptions, pricing, shipment dates, and regulatory information.
Ensure documents comply with customs regulations, international trade laws, and client requirements.
Coordinate with logistics teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all shipment documents.

Required Skills and Qualification:

All Graduates/ PGDM / MBA preferred in International business, Operation and supply chain management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of international shipping terms, customs documentation, and trade compliance
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), email, and ERP systems
