Handle day-to-day design and documentation activities (DQ, IQ, OQ, Validation, Operating Manuals, etc.)
Prepare AutoCAD 2D drawings (GA, Layouts, Part Drawings)
Use measuring instruments and possess basic knowledge of standard mechanical components
Create detailed 2D & 3D CAD / SolidWorks / Solid Edge models and drawings
Conduct design reviews and make revisions based on feedback and testing results
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation design specs, drawings, and user manuals
Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness
Set design direction and standards for manufacturing equipment and processes
Design and develop manufacturing equipment, including machinery and tooling
Ensure equipment meets safety, quality, and productivity requirements
Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing operations
Lead and manage the design team to ensure timely project completion and adherence to quality standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Solid Edge software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant design software
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Bachelor s degree in Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field
