Documentation & Communication Intern

As a creative and detail-oriented intern, you will be joining the Documentation and Communication team for a 3-month internship. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting in creating and updating user manuals and guides using Google Slides and PowerPoint - Designing internal and external communication flyers using Canva - Collaborating with product and support teams to ensure content accuracy - Helping maintain organized documentation repositories - Reviewing and editing existing materials for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment To qualify for this internship, you should have: - A Bachelors or Masters degree (ongoing or completed) in English Literature or a related field - Basic knowledge of Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint - Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools - Strong written communication skills - An eye for design and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently In addition to the above, here are some gains you can expect from this internship: - Hands-on experience in content creation and visual communication - Exposure to real-world product documentation and workflows - Opportunity to work with a collaborative and dynamic team - A strong portfolio of work to showcase at the end of the internship Please note that this is a performance-based internship.
