Job Description: In-house Document Verification Executive

Location: Kharadi

Salary Range: For Freshers :2.7 LPA CTC

For Experienced: 3 LPA – Upto 4 LPA as per previous CTC and industry Knowledge

Role Overview: The In-House Document Verification Executive is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all documents related to international import and export operations. This role plays a critical part in preventing delays, avoiding compliance issues, and maintaining smooth cross-border shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Verify import and export documents such as:

· Commercial Invoice

· Packing List

· Bill of Lading / Airway Bill

· Certificate of Origin

· HS Codes

· Insurance Certificate

· LC (Letter of Credit) Documents

· Export Declaration / Bill of Entry

· Cross-check document details including quantities, product descriptions, pricing, shipment dates, and regulatory information.

· Ensure documents comply with customs regulations, international tradelaws, and client requirements.

· Coordinate with logistics teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customsbrokers to resolve discrepancies.

· Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all shipment documents.

Required Skills and Qualification:

· All Graduates/ PGDM / MBA preferred in International business, Operation and supply chain management

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Knowledge of international shipping terms, customs documentation, and trade compliance

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), email, and ERP systems
