Job Description: Documentation Assistant (Male Only)

Position: Documentation Assistant
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Freshers or Experienced
Salary: ₹18,000 per month
Location: Chennai,Poonamallee

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain data in the system accurately.
Prepare and update reports using MS Office (Word, Excel).
Handle daily documentation, filing, and record management.
Operate computer systems and assist in basic system troubleshooting.
Maintain data confidentiality and follow company procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments for required information.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic system knowledge (software installation, file handling, etc.).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail.
