Key Responsibilities Review and validate documents: This includes identity documents, educational certificates, financial statements, and other submitted papers.  Check for authenticity: Scrutinize documents for genuine stamps, signatures, watermarks, fonts, and printing materials to detect tampering or forgery.  Cross-check information: Ensure data within documents is accurate and consistent with other submitted information.  Maintain records: Keep organized and accurate records of the verification process and findings.  Ensure compliance: Verify that all documentation meets organizational and regulatory requirements.  Required Skills and Qualifications Attention to detail: Essential for spotting discrepancies, inconsistencies, or signs of fraud in documents.  Analytical skills: To assess the overall legitimacy and accuracy of documents.  Knowledge of verification procedures: Understanding the established processes for checking different types of documents.  Computer proficiency: To manage digital documents, enter data, and use verification software.
