Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end RAG solutions, orchestrating chunking, embedding, ranking, prompting, and answer synthesis for production-grade GenAI assistants.
Define and track precision, recall, latency, and user-adoption KPIs; drive continuous improvement based on measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with engineers, UI/UX designers, and business experts to release improvements at pace.
Lead and mentor a small squad of AI engineers, guiding and coaching them to excel in their roles.
Stay current with retrieval research and share knowledge generously within the team

Skills Required:

Expertise in Python and PySpark for large-scale data processing and AI workflows.
Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and LLM-based systems.
Experience in vector databases, embeddings, and ranking algorithms.
Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
Hands-on experience with information retrieval, NLP, and document understanding techniques.
Strong problem-solving, algorithmic thinking, and system design skills.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed data systems.
Ability to mentor and guide AI engineers, fostering technical growth within the team.
Excellent written documentation and communication skills to convey complex AI concepts clearly.
