Document Handler II

**Role Overview:** As an Order Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate the customer order cycle from order to cash. You will be the main point of contact for both customers and suppliers/factories, ensuring smooth transactions and timely delivery of products. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and strong communication skills will be essential in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and coordinate the customer order cycle including data entry, shipments, delivery, and invoicing - Work closely with the Inside sales team/Order Entry team to receive Clean POs and place orders to factories - Ensure timely delivery deadlines are met by expediting intercompany factories and suppliers - Proactively identify and address any issues with the correct personnel - Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse team to ensure shipments are delivered as per the INCO-terms - Manage resolution of dispute cases and warranty claims - Prioritize deliveries based on changing customer schedules and expectations - Develop contingency plans with suppliers to mitigate negative effects of delayed delivery dates - Collaborate with the team to meet monthly/yearly POR targets **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce - Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) - Proficiency in MS Office **Additional Details:** At Emerson, the company prioritizes a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
