Document Controller

• Document Management: Organizing, storing, and retrieving both physical and digital documents.
• Accuracy and Compliance: Ensuring document accuracy, version control, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Filing Systems: Maintaining organized and efficient filing systems for easy document retrieval.
• Collaboration: Working with different departments to streamline document control procedures and ensure smooth information flow.
• Document Tracking: Monitoring document revisions, updates, and approvals.
• Access Control: Implementing and managing document access permissions to ensure confidentiality and security.
• Training: May be involved in training employees on proper document management procedures.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining records management of both electronic and hard copy documents.
• Quality Assurance: Verifying and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Reporting: Generating reports on document status and metrics.
• Archiving: Safely archiving documents according to established procedures.
• Disposal: Overseeing the secure disposal of documents when they are no longer needed.
• Age limit:20 to 30.
