DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Description

We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of document control, ensuring that project documentation is accurate, complete, and accessible. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the document control system to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Organize and track all project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
• Ensure proper version control and document access for team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue documentation reports as required by project managers.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather and review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain records of all documents and ensure they are easily retrievable and securely stored.
• Assist with the implementation and improvement of document control processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in document control or related administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in document management software and tools (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and standards.
