Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Doctor located in Gurugram. The Doctor will be responsible for providing medical consultations, recommending treatment plans, and conducting health assessments. Daily tasks include diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing medical emergencies, prescribing medications, and promoting preventive healthcare practices. The role also involves collaborating with wellness coaches to ensure holistic care for employees, participating in health workshops, and providing 24/7 medical assistance when required.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS) and a valid medical license
• Experience in diagnosing and treating a variety of illnesses
• Ability to manage medical emergencies and prescribe appropriate medications
• Experience in patient counseling and promoting preventive healthcare
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing 24/7 medical assistance
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
• 6 Years of exp is required.
