Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to own our social presence. This person will strategize, plan, and execute content across all relevant platforms, increase brand awareness , drive engagement , and build a strong digital community around the clinic’s services and values. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the clinic’s brand voice and goals. Create monthly content calendars , campaign ideas, and post plans across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Work with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors to produce high-quality, engaging visual content. Write clear, emotionally intelligent copy and captions tailored to fertility-focused audiences. Monitor and manage daily postings, community interactions, DMs, and comments. Collaborate with doctors, staff, and patients (where applicable) to highlight real stories and clinic milestones. Use data and analytics tools to track performance, generate monthly reports, and optimize content strategy. Stay up-to-date with fertility trends, social media best practices, and algorithm changes. Plan and run occasional paid ad campaigns for awareness and lead generation (with agency support, if needed). Identify and collaborate with influencers , micro-creators, and local groups relevant to fertility and women's wellness. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle industries. Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Hindi is a plus). Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Ability to turn complex medical info into warm, relatable content. Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools. Empathy, creativity, and a deep sense of responsibility in communicating sensitive topics. Must Have: Video scripting and short-form video content experience (e.g., Reels, YouTube Shorts).
