Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide clinical nursing supervision to ensure high-quality patient care.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with NABH standards.
Develop and implement effective training programs for nurses on critical care, infection control, and midwifery practices.
Collaborate with other departments to improve hospital operations and patient satisfaction.
Ensure proper documentation of patient records, medication administration, and treatment plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

15-20 years of experience in nursing education or management role.
Diploma in Gnm Nursing or Bachelor's degree in relevant specialization (e.g., B.Sc.).
Strong knowledge of clinical nursing principles, NABH guidelines, and healthcare regulations.
Excellent communication skills for effective counseling and teamwork.
