Coordinate with the sales and service departments to ensure timely and correct data entry.

DMS compliance

Assist in resolving DMS-related technical issues in coordination with the OEMs DMS support team or vendor.

Train and guide new staff on DMS processes and usage.

Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and timely backups.

Support the CRM, accounts, and admin teams with relevant DMS data as needed.

Stay updated on software upgrades or changes in DMS processes from the OEM.
