1. To generate ideas on new food products, ingredients, functionality, claims and packaging
2. To develop new food products, formulation, blends, recipe, etc
3. To carry out sensory evaluation
4. To conduct lab trial, plant trial and Stability study
5. To work with external stakeholders like Ingredient suppliers, Flavour houses for product development and optimisation
6. To work with internal stakeholders like Brand, Corporate QA, Plant QA and Production Team.
7. To assist in development of claims and artwork
8. To explore 3Ps for manufacturing and packing, as per need of organisation.
