• Target and goal oriented, excellent people skills and execution driven.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) skills.
• Understanding of trends in Marathi music industry
• Business understanding of the music industry and strong artist relations
• Negotiation skills will be an added advantage
• Understanding of video production will be an asset
• Film & Non film Music and Social media buff
